Alfredo Tortellini Bake – $5 Dinners

5 Ingredient Alfredo Tortellini Bake

You really can’t go wrong with cheese and pasta. These Italians really know how to work these 2 powerful ingredients together!

I want to let you in on a little secret… you don’t need to pre-boil tortellini or ravioli when cooking them like this. You don’t.

You must add hot water to the dish before adding any other ingredients. And by screaming hot, I mean as hot as it will come out of the tap. No need to boil the water in advance either.

Scream hot water plus tortellini…then load in the other ingredients and Alfredo sauce.

And let it cook.

And you’ll end up with a bowl full of delicious cheesy pasta!
